Kevin has helped build and lead teams, cultures and organizations that have helped countless Fortune 1000 brands elevate their marketing strategies and create deeper levels of consumer engagement. With a diverse career spanning broadcasting, public relations and sports and event marketing, Kevin eventually joined and rose to the executive management team for Relay Worldwide, the global sports and event marketing arm of the Publicis Groupe. In 2006, Kevin founded his own agency, Engage Marketing. Under his leadership, Engage was recognized with several industry awards including being named a Top 100 Agency by Event Marketer Magazine. Kevin has been a featured speaker at industry conferences and has been quoted in national press including the Wall Street Journal, New York Post, CNBC, CNN, Time Magazine, The Today Show, and others.
With a career-long passion for leadership and creating people-centric corporate cultures and human IMPACT through his work, in 2019 Kevin launched UNSTUCK, a Life / Leadership Coaching business, to help his clients design and live their most intentional, on-purpose lives and help transform executives into leaders. In 2021, Kevin launched The Altitude Group to further elevate his impact on Leaders, People and Culture, working with companies like NBCUniversal, BDO, BlueCross BlueShield, W.L. Gore & Associates, Miracle Ear and others.
